We regularly contact patients on our waitlist to:
- Confirm you contact details
- Ensure you still need specialist care
- Provide urgent care if needed
You will receive separate communications for each specialty if you are on multiple waitlists.
Health Concerns? Contact your referring doctor if you need to escalate your referral.
How We Contact You
Text Message/SMS: Reply ‘Yes’ to stay on the list or ‘No’ to be removed.
Your Response
Yes: We will notify you when an appointment is available.
No: You will be removed from the waitlist. A new referral is needed for future appointments.
No Reply?
We will send a follow-up message in 7 days.
If we don’t receive a response, we will try alternative contacts, including your GP, before removing you from the waitlist.
