We understand that people with a disability in our community may need support to access the COVID-19 vaccine and their booster shots. Primary Care Partnership and Peninsula Health have collaboratively developed a campaign to support the delivery of this information.  

With the goal to inform, educate and connect the community with the people and tools to access the COVID-19 vaccination.

The campaign asks the community to:

  • Speak with their Health Worker, GP or Disability Liaison Officer
  • Email a Disability Liaison Officer
  • Visit the Peninsula Health website
