How to access our services

The Children’s Services team is located across four Community Health sites at Frankston, Rosebud, Mornington, and Hastings.

Parents and caregivers can make direct referrals to Peninsula Health via our central referral service, ACCESS. With the caregiver’s permission, referrals can also be made by maternal and child health nurses, GPs, paediatricians and kindergarten/childcare staff.

To make a referral or first appointment, contact our ACCESS line on 1300 665 781.

Cost of services

Community Health services are provided at a cost following a tired approach which includes two tiers, based on income and a family’s ability to pay.

  • Tier one: a low fee for low and middle income earners
  • Tier two: a cost recover fee for high income earners

It also includes two rates, one for individual treatments and one for group sessions.
Fees are determined at the point of entry, and charged when clients attend the service.
