The GP Liaison Unit aims to help improve communication between Peninsula Health and local General Practitioners to enhance patient care and service access.
The Unit is staffed on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Email us with your number and your call will be returned.
We communicate regularly with GPs and GP practices via newsletters. If you are not receiving these and would like to, please email Danielle Rule to add your email to the private mailing list – drule@phcn.vic.gov.au.

Are your details correct?
Let us know if your email or your practice manager email address changes so we can keep in contact with you.
Peninsula Health uses the National Human Services Directory (NHSD) to send outpatient and discharge letters to GPs/GP Clinics. If your service is not listed in the NHSD or your GP or practice details have changed, please contact NHSD directly.
The NHSD is a government supported, comprehensive listing of health and social services which includes GPs, private specialists, hospitals and allied health practitioners. GPs and the general public can use the directory to search for services according to area or service type. The consumer face of the NHSD is linked to the Better Health Channel website.
