Dr Foti Sofiadellis
Dr Foti Sofiadellis is an Australian trained Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He completed his MBChB in 2001 with honours in Anatomy.
After furthering his clinical experience in major Melbourne hospitals, Dr Sofiadellis was selected by the Royal Australian College of Surgeons for specialty training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2013.
On receiving specialist recognition, Dr Sofiadellis trained at the prestigious Guy’s and St Thomas’, Great Ormond Street & Imperial College health hospitals in London.
At these world-leading institutes, Dr Sofiadellis focused on complex reconstruction of breast, upper and lower extremities, as well as head and neck anatomical regions.
Dr Sofiadellis has appointments in major public and private Melbourne hospitals.
Dr Sofiadellis has achieved excellence with academic distinctions, research publications and international conference presentations.
As an active member of various faculties, including Kings College in London, Dr Sofiadellis is actively training the next generation of surgeons and previously held an honorary contract at Great Ormond Street Hospital and is also an examiner at University College London medical school.
Dr Sofiadellis is passionate about innovation and has actively contributed to plastic surgery research with peer reviewed publications amounting to more than one hundred citations.
Mr Mathew Lee
Mr Mathew Lee is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a sub-specialty interest in rhinoplasty for reconstructive and cosmetic purposes. Mr Lee has fellowship training in reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery which forms a key part of his role at Peninsula Health. He has extensive experience in hand surgery, skin cancer management and reconstructive microsurgery.
Mr Lee graduated Medical School in 2000, spending an additional 12 years training as a plastic surgeon. Whilst the majority of his training was in Melbourne, Mr Lee has also spent significant time in Perth, Germany and Canada, completing specialist fellowship training in nose and breast surgery.
Mr Lee returned to Melbourne in 2012 and works at Peninsula Health as the current Head of Unit for the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery service.

Ms Patricia Terrill
Ms Patricia Terrill was born in Melbourne, graduating from Melbourne University in 1982, completing a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS).
Ms Terrill spent eight years in general and plastic surgery training in Melbourne and Hobart and an additional three years in London gaining further experience in General Plastic Surgery, specialising in Hand Surgery and Burns. In 1993, Ms Terrill was awarded a fellowship by the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (FRACS).
Ms Terrill has been working on the Mornington Peninsula since 1993 and was the Head of the Plastic and Reconstructive Unit at Peninsula Health (Frankston Hospital) from 1996-2023.
Ms Terrill is a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, The Australian Hand Society and the Wounds Australia.
Ms Terrill’s main areas of practice include skin cancer surgery, hand surgery, cosmetic breast and abdominal surgery and wound management.
Dr Paul Di Giovine
Dr Paul Di Giovine is a plastic surgeon with a fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
He graduated from Flinders University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery, after completing a Bachelor of Science with Honours at Melbourne University.
Dr Di Giovine completed his subspecialty training at major centres in Adelaide, Darwin and Melbourne and has gained extensive experience in all facets of plastic surgery, including skin cancer, trauma, hand surgery, breast, microsurgery, and reconstructive surgery.
This experience has been broadened by overseas voluntary work in India and West Timor.
Dr Di Giovine currently holds public appointments at Peninsula Health as well as Eastern and Northern Health networks and holds memberships with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Dr Di Giovine is committed to providing the highest quality care for his patients through genuine attention to their needs, careful planning and meticulous operative techniques.
Mr Snehal Shah
Mr Snehal Shah is a plastic surgeon with interests in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Born and originally educated in the United Kingdom, Mr Shah earned his medical degree through The University of Nottingham and became a member of The Royal College of Surgeons, United Kingdom in 2002.
In 2008, Mr Shah migrated to Australia and subsequently earned his Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Australia. He is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, and a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Mr Shah’s particular areas of interest include Breast Reconstruction and Microsurgical procedures.
Mr Shah is attentive to detail and the needs of his patients, individualising their care and providing a personal touch throughout.
Mr Shah enjoys sport, travelling and spending time with his wife and two young children.

Mr Warren Rozen
Mr Warren Rozen is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon in Victoria, Australia. He completed undergraduate training at Melbourne University, and completed Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship training in 2014. He concurrently completed postgraduate research studies in surgical anatomy, achieving both an MD and PhD in applied surgical anatomy.
Mr Rozen combines clinical practice with surgical research, and has published over 1000 peer reviewed publications, given over 200 national and international presentations, and is on the editorial board of several international journals.
His main research interests are in clinical anatomy, with a focus on reconstructive flaps, vascular imaging and surgical anatomy.
Mr Rozen is lead clinician on several multi-institutional collaborative grants in clinical trials in surgery, and holds an appointment at Monash University as a clinical professor, supervising multiple PhD and masters students.
His other roles include sitting on the Peninsula Health Human Research Ethics Committee, unit director of research at both Peninsula Health and Eastern Health, and Divisional Director of Research in the Department of Surgery at Peninsula Health.
