Cancer Rehabilitation will help you to deal with some of the issues you may have after and during your treatment for cancer. Cancer Rehabilitation involves exercise and education sessions in a group setting.

The program is for people who have been diagnosed with cancer in the last two years.

The Cancer Rehabilitation Program is available at Frankston and Rosebud Community Health sites.
