Our visitor guidelines are in place to protect you, your loved ones and our staff.

Visiting hours

People are welcome to attend any of our locations between 8am – 8pm.

Visiting principles

The below guidelines apply to all visitors of our hospitals and healthcare sites:

• Visitors should not enter the health service if they are feeling unwell or have had a positive test for COVID-19 in the last seven days. 
• Visitors who are COVID-19 positive are not able to enter the health service unless they have an exemption, under exceptional circumstances. 
• Visitors must practice hand hygiene while in our health service.

Mask requirements at Peninsula Health

• It is recommended that a surgical mask is worn when visiting Peninsula Health hospitals and sites.
• Visitors may be required to wear a mask in certain clinical areas depending on the risk of transmission.

By entering our health service, you agree to adhere to the above conditions and understand that if you fail to follow these guidelines you may be asked to leave.
