Peninsula Health’s Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Services offer a range of treatment and support for people and their families experiencing difficulties relating to their use of Alcohol and Other Drugs.
As part of the service, clinicians and allied health staff work together to improve the outcomes of patients who have issues associated with Alcohol or Other Drugs.
How to get help
If you are concerned about your AOD use, there are different ways to get help, including:
- Going to your local doctor/GP to get a referral to see a private mental health practitioner (e.g., psychologist, social worker)
- Contacting Peninsula Health’s ACCESS Service on 1300 665 781 to discuss Frankston and Mornington Drug and Alcohol Services (FaMDAS)
