We provide expert advice, coordination and hands‑on support to ensure your Support at Home plan is tailored to your personal goals, preferences and budget.

What is Support at Home?
Support at Home (SaH) is the national in‑home aged care program that replaced Home Care Packages and Short‑Term Restorative Care on 1 November 2025. SaH provides a defined list of services with 8 ongoing funding classifications and three short‑term pathways (Restorative Care, Assistive Technology & Home Modifications (AT‑HM), End‑of‑Life).
Your needs will be assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Service

Fees
Under the Support at Home program, most people are expected to contribute to the cost of their services, depending on their personal financial circumstances. Your exact contribution is determined through an income and assets assessment completed by Services Australia
At Bayside Health Peninsula, we are committed to transparency. We publish a clear pricing schedule outlining all Support at Home service fees. This allows you to understand exactly how your budget is used and to compare options with confidence. Your Care Manager will walk you through our pricing schedule to ensure you understand what services you can access within your Support at Home budget.
