The Primary Mental Health Service is a regionally integrated function of The Community Liaison Early intervention And Recovery Service (CLEARS). It is a service aimed to enhance the skills and interest of General Practitioners and other Primary Care providers in treating people with mental health disorders, in particular depression and anxiety through:

Adult Community Mental Health Service

The Adult Community Mental Health Service is known as the Community Liaison Early Intervention and Acute Recovery Service (CLEARS) which includes four specialist, multidisciplinary and integrated teams based on geographical areas that provide an Acute (previously known as the CAT team) and Recovery Service to people on the Mornington Peninsula.

The Service ensures that individuals referred to the service who are experiencing a serious mental health crisis or a relapse of a mental illness have easy and seamless access to treatment and support based on their needs.
