This clinic sees young people between the ages of 16 to 25 years. It is a multidisciplinary clinic with Endocrinologists, Diabetes Educators, Dietitians and a Clinical Psychologist .

- Young People aged 16-25 years Type 1 or type 2 diabetes
Exclusion Criteria
- < 16 years of age Paediatric Diabetes Clinic
- > 25 years of age Adult Diabetes Clinic
