About Us

The GP Liaison Unit is staffed by a GP and a nurse and runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are often out of the office so e-mail is the most reliable way to contact us. Telephone messages can be left but may take longer to respond to.

Our main aim is to help improve communication between Peninsula Health Staff and local GPs in relation to patient care and service access. Have any communication issues caused clinical concerns for you? Please let us know.

Are Your Details Correct?

Peninsula Health is now using the Human Services Directory (HSD) to locate GP/GP Clinic details. To make sure your details are listed correctly please visit http://humanservicesdirectory.vic.gov.au/

The HSD is a comprehensive listing of health and social services including private specialists, hospitals and allied health. GPs and general public can use the directory to search for services according to area or service type. The public face of the HSD is located on the Better Health Channel website.
