About ROSS – RIR Team

ROSS – RIR provides a multidisciplinary service to High Level and Low Level Residential Aged care Facilities in the Peninsula Health catchment area.

ROSS – RIR is an interdisciplinary team comprising of Physiotherapy, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing and Medical clinicians.

ROSS – RIR aims to assist residents to remain in their own environment. It is a consultative service that offers prompt assessment and short term support to prevent admissions to acute care where appropriate. Education is also offered to facilities in a variety of areas, such as wound care, falls prevention, infection control, catheter and PEG care.

Operation hours

  • Weekdays 0800 – 1800hrs only
  • Weekends and Public Holidays 0900 – 1700hrs only
