Peninsula Health’s Community Health services provide a broad range of affordable health services for people living in Frankston and on the Mornington Peninsula.

Who can access our service?

Community Health services area available to people of all ages living in Frankston and on the Mornington Peninsula. You can self-refer or be referred by your GP, Health Worker or other service. Priority is given to those with special needs, a low income or a chronic health condition.

What does it cost?

Pricing information effective 1 January 2022.

Our fees are based on your level of income, the number of appointments you need, and the type of service. Please note fees may be waived in cases of hardship. Some services, such as Dental and Drink & Drug related courses have fixed prices. Some services are exempt from fees.

If you are interested in any of our services or groups, please contact an ACCESS worker on 1300 665 781 who will discuss your needs with you, determine your priority for services or refer you to a more suitable service. Waiting periods sometimes apply depending on the demand for services.
