Our team supports research innovation and evidence-based practice across allied health professions to improve care for our community. We lead and enable research in the allied health therapy professions focusing on projects that enhance patient outcomes in acute, subacute, and community settings. Our work includes exploring new models of care, evaluating the impact of Allied Health Assistants, enabling research capacity building and partnered research with consumers. Through strong collaborations with Monash University and the National Centre for Healthy Ageing, we integrate technology and data-driven approaches to advance healthy ageing and service delivery. By fostering a culture of research among clinicians, we ensure best practice is embedded in everyday care, creating safer, more effective, and person-centred health services.
