Golf Links Road Rehabilitation Centre provides inpatient and outpatient care as a multidisciplinary service to enable clients who are recovering from medical events, surgeries or managing chronic conditions to improve and maintain function and independence.
An experienced team of medical, nursing and allied health professionals will collaborate to provide a holistic service to meet the client’s individual goals.
Inpatient services include general rehabilitation and palliative care, and various outpatient clinics and community based services are also located at Golf Links Road.
