Visitor Guidelines

Visitor Guidelines are in place at all Peninsula Health locations as part of our response to COVID-19. For all visiting principles, guidelines for speciality areas, and mask requirements, please refer to the visitor guidelines.

The Tarnbuk Centre is a dedicated mental health location, that combines Peninsula Health’s Mental Health, and the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD), teams together in the one facility, to improve continuity of care for consumers.

The name of the centre comes from the Indigenous language meaning ‘to pick yourself up and get better’, in an aim to break down some of the previous barriers for people in seeking treatment and accessing the support they need.
