Visitor Guidelines
Visitor Guidelines are in place at all Peninsula Health locations as part of our response to COVID-19. For all visiting principles, guidelines for speciality areas, and mask requirements, please refer to the visitor guidelines.
The Palliative Care Centre at Golf Links Road Rehabilitation Centre is a modern purpose built 15 bed facility that provides comprehensive care and support to patients in the advanced stages of progressive life-threatening illness, where care in the community is no longer appropriate.
Facilities for patients and families include a lounge room, overnight room, patient’s dining area and the sanctuary, a room for quiet reflection.
Support and counselling services and accommodation are available for patients’ families.
Getting to the Palliative Care Unit
Frankston Community Rehabilitation Centre is located in close proximity to public transport networks.
Patients, visitors, and staff are are able to access Frankston Community Rehabilitation Centre by bus or taxi services. The Public Transport Victoria website can help you plan your journey.
Parking is free for the first three hours for those who choose to drive to Frankston Community Rehabilitation Centre. After that paid parking is charged at hourly rates.
