At Bayside Health Peninsula, we are deeply committed to the journey of reconciliation and recognise the vital role employment plays in Closing the Gap between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians.
We’re proud to have launched our second Aboriginal Employment Plan, designed to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in building meaningful and rewarding careers.
This plan aims to:

- Provide culturally safe and supportive career pathways
- Foster a culturally responsive organisation
- Improve accessibility of our health services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
