Congratulations to Iain Edwards, our Operations Director, Community and Ambulatory Services, has been awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in the 2026 King’s Birthday Honours List.
The Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) recognises Australians who have demonstrated outstanding service or exceptional achievement. Iain has over 15 years of leadership experience across disability services, public health and the not-for-profit sector. In addition to his time ay Bayside Health Peninsula, he has also served 11 years on the Guide Dogs Victoria Board, has been a Director of Guide Dogs Australia, and Interim CEO of Guide Dogs Victoria.
Iain will be presented with his medal at an investiture ceremony later this year.
