Golf Links Road Rehabilitation Centre

The Frankston Community Rehabilitation Centre provides a multidisciplinary service to enable clients who are disabled, frail, chronically ill or recovering from traumatic injury to retain optimal functional independence.

A qualified team of medical, nursing, allied health and social work staff will assess clients and then provide individual treatment plans aimed at assisting clients to achieve maximum mobility and functional independence.

After discharge, consultation is still available for up to six weeks before requiring a new referral.

Visiting hours for The Mornington Centre are 8am – 8pm.

Parking is free for the first three hours for those who choose to drive to Frankston Community Rehabilitation Centre. After that paid parking is charged at hourly rates.
