Assistance for people requiring public mental health services
The first point of contact for mental health services is usually your General Practitioner. Mental Health Plans, assessments, treatments, advice and support, are also available through your General Practitioner. Your GP can provide treatment, referral, as appropriate, to either public or private mental health services, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, or Counsellors. Key Performance Indicators
Below is a link to a range of performance reports for all the mental health services in Victoria. We are very proud of our strong performance on some of these Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and we are always looking to improve across the board where and when we can. As members of our community, we invite you to look at these KPIs as part of our commitment to an open culture of honesty and continued improvement.
