When local footy legend Paddy Swayn went to sleep one night, the last thing he expected was to wake up at Frankston Hospital.
Suffering a cardiac episode, Paddy’s heart rate had reached zero, and when his heart kicked back in, it was beating around six beats per minute.
Fortunately, our cardiology team stepped up and delivered vital care to Paddy – pushing him through for surgery to fit an urgently needed pacemaker.
Give from the heart this end of financial year by making a tax-deductible contribution to Peninsula Health today to help improve our cardiac care for the local community.
