Jana was appointed Executive Director Operations in November 2024. Jana has extensive experience in leading hospital operations and clinical services. She has held many senior roles in health including General Manager and Director roles at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and Northern Health. Jana also holds the position of Clinical Advisor for the Timely Emergency Care 2 program, a partnership between the Victorian Department of Health and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
Jana has extensive clinical experience as a Podiatrist and senior healthcare leadership and management experience and also holds a master in health services management.
Jana’s passion is in leading teams in the delivery of timely, person-centred, efficient and high quality health services to the local population of Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula.
