Information for Contractors, Suppliers, Couriers & Company Representatives attending on site at Peninsula Health

Deliveries:

  • General Store, Gate 2, via Yuille Street, Frankston VIC 3199

Store Hours:

  • Monday – Friday  8:00am – 4:00pm (excluding Public Holidays)
    *Please note – All deliveries must arrive prior to 4:00pm or they will be rejected

Couriers:

  • Engine must be turned off upon delivery of goods
  • Trucks taller than 4 metres will not be able to unload at dock. A floor level tail gate will be required to unload
  • All couriers must have a back loading / unloading vehicle. (We are unable to accept side loading vehicles)
  • Beware of pedestrians

Site Attendance Guidelines: 
Representatives are not permitted to visit any department without an appointment.

PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES

All Commercial Invitations and supporting documentation will be available from the Victorian Government Tenders website. Any interested party MUST create a login, access the Invitation and download the documentation.

All enquiries relating to an Invitation, or for information beyond that contained in the Invitation, must not be made directly to any of PH’s staff.  All enquiries are to be formally lodged via the Victorian Government Tenders website. Respondents who contravene this condition may have their offer disqualified.
