Mental Health Community Advisory Group

Peninsula Health is committed to working in partnership with consumers, carers and the community.  There are ongoing opportunities to join to our Mental Health Community Advisory Group as a Consumer Representative.

Consumer Representative

  • A Consumer Representative is a member of the community who brings their voice and perspective into Peninsula Health Mental Health Service planning and delivery, so we can improve services and achieve the best health outcomes.
  • They are members of the public who use, or are potential users of our healthcare service. This includes patients, families, clients, carers and other support people.

How to become a Consumer Representative

  • Complete the Consumer Representative Application Form (click to download application form) and return it to the Consumer Participation Program.
