About the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program
The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program helps people with heart disease to live independent and active lives. The program encourages lifestyle changes that may reduce further risk of heart problems.
The program combines supervised exercise with heart information sessions.
Who can use the service?
This program is for people who have had a recent heart event such as bypass surgery, valve replacement surgery, angina, angioplasty or a stent.

The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is available at the following Peninsula Health sites:
