As we continue to navigate these challenging times it is important to check up on your mental health and wellbeing.

World Mental Health Day encourages us all to reflect on our mental health and acts as a reminder for us to be kind to ourselves and others.

“Extending kindness towards others, in its many forms, can boost people’s hopes for our future,” said Michelle Shanti, Peninsula Health’s Mental Health Service Consumer Consultant.
“Kindness doesn’t have to cost us anything yet can mean the world to another.”
 
Today you are encouraged to be extra kind to yourself, and give yourself permission to take time out for you.
