From Thursday 29 September, the location of the public car park and drop-off area (on the Emergency Department side) will change to allow for the next phase of Frankston Hospital’s redevelopment.
While a new permanent car park is constructed, visitors and patients/carers can use the temporary carpark located on the corner of Hastings Road and Yuille Street (near the Emergency Department, click here to view the map)
A mixture of short-term free parking and long-term paid parking is available. Traffic controllers will be at the car park entrance to direct you. Please see the map on our website and further information below, for details on how to access the Emergency Department, A-Block wards, Surgical Services and Mental Health from the new car park.
++ Emergency Department, A-Block wards* and Surgical Services
Parking access is unchanged through Gate 2, Hastings Road. Please use the short-term parking available for picking up or dropping off a loved one, or follow the signage to access the long-term parking (see map below).
++Mental Health Services
A small number of short-term carparks are available at the front of Mental Health services, accessible through Gate 3, Yuille Street. If there is no available parking here, please continue to the multi-deck carpark located next to Frankston Hospital’s Main Entrance. This can be accessed via Gate 3, Yuille Street or Gate 1, Hastings Road.
For all other services located at Frankston Hospital, please use the multi-deck carpark next to Frankston Hospital’s Main Entrance, which can be accessed via Gate 1, Hastings Road.
