As part of Peninsula Health’s commitment to National Reconciliation and promoting inclusivity within our organisation, bright new Aboriginal Health uniforms have been unveiled.
“This initiative aims to recognise and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the Aboriginal community while fostering a sense of unity and respect among our diverse workforce,” says Kunal Mahajan, Peninsula Health Allied and Aboriginal Health Manager.
“The uniforms act as a powerful visual representation of our organisation’s dedication to fostering cultural awareness and promoting diversity.”
Designed by local artist Eamon Roberts, the colourful unique design acts as a conversation starter, helping to establish a connection between Aboriginal patients and healthcare providers.
