Access To Surgical Services and more at Frankston Hospital

As we continue to redevelop Frankston Hospital, a range of changes are occurring to accommodate these works.

As part of these works, from 5am Friday 4 November, patients and visitors needing to access Surgical Services/Day of Surgery Admissions, A-Block wards (Western Port ward, Bass ward, and Port Phillip ward) the Cath-Lab, COVID Dialysis (Bass) and COVID wards (Bass), will need to enter through the Main Entrance, accessed via Gate 1 from Hastings Road.

We understand hospitals can be confusing to navigate at the best of times, so our Patient Services Assistants will be on-hand at the Main Entrance to safely guide you and your loved one.

An orange line has been placed on the ground to direct you from the Main Entrance to Surgical Services, along with additional orange signage. If you require further assistance, please ask one of our staff members or volunteers for help.

If you plan on accompanying your loved one to their appointment, you can drop them off at the Main Entrance while you park in our multi-deck car park, with traffic controllers on site to assist.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to build a new Frankston Hospital for our community.
