Transition to practice programs are a formalised education/support program offered by to graduates as the commence their practice.
They are workplace-based programs designed to consolidate knowledge, skills and competence, and to assist the transition from student to competent, confident and accountable professionals.
Access to the program
Our Transition to Speciality Practice programs (TSP) are currently available to:
- Registered nurses,
- Occupational Therapists, and
- Social Workers
With experience in other areas who are interested in a career in mental health.
