Kirsten Mander is an experienced director, business woman and lawyer. She is currently chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Peninsula Health and chair of Legal Super. Until recently she was chair of International Women’s Development Agency and the Victorian Assisted Reproductive Treatment Authority, and has been a director on various other boards, including Swinburne University, RT Health and the Law Institute of Victoria.
Previously she had many years’ experience as a senior executive, general counsel & company secretary for a number of Australia’s top companies including Australian Unity, Sigma Pharmaceuticals and Western Mining, working throughout Australasia, Asia and the former Soviet Union.
She holds a Master of Laws from Melbourne University and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.
