Karen is an experienced board director and business leader with a career in digital health, technology and finance. Previously a partner at KPMG, she is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has worked globally, including KPMG London. Karen is a non-executive director at Holmesglen Institute, ACMI (Australian Centre for the Moving Image), Chair of the Australian Community Support Organisation (ACSO), Global Health Limited (ASX:GLH) and the Cultural Development Network. She chairs the Finance, Audit and Risk Management committees at Holmesglen, ACMI and GLH. She is a Fellow of the AICD and in 2020 was privileged to participate in the AICD Chair’s Mentoring Program. Her experience leverages strategy and growth with a strong balance between innovation, governance, finance and risk.
