The Speech Pathology and Audiology Departments at Peninsula Health comprise a team of more than 40 professionals. We focus on the needs of our clients in order to improve and maintain the quality of life for all individuals with communication, swallowing and hearing impairments.
We provide services to people who live in the local government areas of Frankston, Mornington Peninsula and part of Kingston.
Peninsula Health provides services at hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, community rehabilitation centres, community health centres, home services and residential care facilities.
What we do
Peninsula Health Speech Pathologists work with children and adults who may have communication or swallowing difficulties. This can include difficulties with articulation, language, thinking, stuttering, voice or swallowing (eating and drinking).
Peninsula Health offers an Audiology service for assessment and management of children and young people who may have hearing difficulties.
