About the service
The Domiciliary Care Service is a home based assessment and maintenance program for frail, older and younger disabled people and their carers who live at home or in the community.
The focus of the program is to promote and maintain client independence in the home and community environment by providing advice and support to clients and their carers.
A comprehensive home assessment may be provided with recommendations made regarding equipment, behavioural or environmental changes and modifications to maximise safety and independence.
Our professional team consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and a Speech Pathologist as well as a Home Maintenance Carpenter who assists with minor home modifications.

This service is for older people and people with disabilities and their carers, who requires advice or home care and support.

Telephone 1300 665 781 between 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday) and an Access Worker will give you further details on the service.
