The M.E.N.S. (Men Exploring Non-violent Solutions) Program

MENSAbout the M.E.N.S. Program

The M.E.N.S. Program runs behaviour change groups for men who have been violent or controlling towards family members and want to change.

  • Are you acting like the boss?
  • Doing or saying things you later feel bad about?
  • Trying to control everything?
  • Lashing out with your tongue or your fists?
  • Is your partner or your kids sometimes scared of you?
  • Is your relationship affected?
  • Are you hurting the people you love most?

The M.E.N.S. Program can help you to change.

The group meets weekly to talk, share information and learn new ways to relate to family members, and support each other to be better men, partners and fathers. The group is run by trained workers.
