About the service
The Social Support Services (Planned Activity Group) is a program that provides people with a chance to meet and participate in a range of activities. This assists them to maintain their independence and provides carer respite.
Activities are held at the centre, with occasional outings through the year. Morning tea and a home cooked lunch are provided and are approved by our dietitians.
Assistance with transport is available if required.
