Referrals after hours are through the central Mental Health Triage number 1300 792 977.
Aged Persons Mental Health Team (APMHT)
The Aged Persons Mental Health Team is a comprehensive mental health service for people aged 65 years and over providing mental health community based assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for older people.
The multidisciplinary team provides specialist expertise in mental health assessment and treatment, psychological, behavioral, social and functional assessments and a corresponding range of therapeutic interventions.
The service also provides education for consumers and carers as well as consultation and referral to other appropriate Aged Care service providers.
The service operates Monday-Friday 0830-1700
