The Renal Dialysis Unit at Rosebud Hospital is available Monday – Saturday, from 7am – 8pm, every week of the year (except Christmas Day).
About the Rosebud Haemodialysis Holiday Program
The unit offers a dedicated holiday visitors session throughout the year. The sessions available to holiday visitors are Tuesday afternoon, Thursday afternoon and Saturday afternoon. Afternoon sessions run from 2pm onwards.
The unit uses Fresenius dialysis machines.
Holiday Program Booking Process
All holiday program bookings are to be made online. Holiday bookings will not be taken over the phone. To enquire and make a holiday booking:
- View the Criteria for Admission to Rosebud Dialysis Unit Holiday Program. This form must be read, signed and faxed or emailed back to the Rosebud Dialysis Unit before any bookings will be accepted.
- Look at Calendar and check availability of dates. You are required to nominate three preferences on the Holiday Patients Booking Form in case your first preference for dates is unavailable.
- Download the Holiday Patients Booking Form. Email or fax back the completed form to Rosebud Dialysis Unit.
Forms must be submitted a minimum of six weeks prior or maximum six months prior to the requested dates.
Holiday times will be confirmed by writing/fax/email within two weeks of receiving booking form.
