About the Cardiac Rehabilition Program
The Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Program helps people with cardiac disease to live independent and active lives. The program encourages lifestyle changes that may reduce further risk of cardiac problems.
The Cardiac Rehabilition Program is a very important part of recovery from heart attack, angina, balloon angioplasty or heart surgery.
The program is held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and combines supervised exercise with heart information sessions.
