About ROSS Team
ROSS provides a multidisciplinary service to High Level and Low Level Residential Aged care Facilities in the Peninsula Health catchment area.
ROSS is an interdisciplinary team comprising of Physiotherapy, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing and Medical clinicians.
ROSS aims to assist residents to remain in their own environment. It is a consultative service that offers prompt assessment and short term support to prevent admissions to acute care where appropriate. Education is also offered to facilities in a variety of areas, such as wound care, falls prevention, infection control, catheter and PEG care.
Hours
Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm
Weekends/ Public holidays 8am to 8pm
