About Ageing Well
Ageing Well is a part of the Health Promotion Unit. The focus of Ageing Well is to promote healthy, active living for older people living on the Mornington Peninsula and Frankston Regions.

Physical Activity Directory
The Physical Activity Directory lists over 200 supported physical activity options. Groups are sorted into a range of different exercise types including Strength Training, Water Exercises and Tai Chi/Yoga/Pilates.

Ageing Well Expo
Each year during Seniors Week the Ageing Well Expo is held. The Expo promotes keeping active and involved, looking after your health and living confidently. A wide range of non-commercial services and organisations are available to provide the information you need.
The 2009 Expo was held on Wednesday October 7 and had over 1,000 people attend.
Agestrong
Agestrong is a group strength and balance program that is specifically designed for older people. Agestrong is run at 13 venues across the region.
Supported Walking Groups
There are a number of supported indoor and outdoor walking groups across the region. These walks are run by trained leaders and have volunteers to provide support for walkers.
