About the Rosebud Community Rehabilitation Service
The Rosebud Community Rehabilitation Service provides a multidisciplinary service to enable clients who are disabled, frail, chronically ill or recovering from traumatic injury to retain optimal functional independence.
A qualified team of medical, nursing, allied health and social work staff will assess clients and then provide individual treatment plans aimed at assisting clients to achieve maximum mobility and functional independence.
After discharge, consultation is still available for up to six weeks before requiring a new referral.
Costs
Fees are very affordable and range from $10 to $15 a week depending on services required.
