Consultation Liaison Addiction Medicine Service
CLAMS can offer support and advice and/or assist with the review and assessment of your clients to enhance their ongoing management. GPs may contact a nurse practitioner (final accreditation pending) on 0419 764 155 regarding Alcohol and/or Other Drug (AOD) use, medication rationalisation and/or advice for pharmacotherapy. One of the main aims of the service will be to provide transition from acute to community pharmacotherapy.
