What is Peninsula Health’s Consumer Register?
Peninsula Health supports the voices of consumers to achieve better health outcomes. Peninsula Health is building a register of names of our health consumers who would be interested in providing input into healthcare from a consumer perspective.
As part of the register, consumers receive information and feedback to inform health policy, planning and service provision within Peninsula Health.
Peninsula Health Consumer Register members:
- Receive Peninsula Health e-newsletters
- Identify and raise emerging issues from a health consumer perspective
- Receive information and invitations to Peninsula Health events
- Receive information about opportunities for training, conferences, and workshops
- Receive invitations to provide the consumer perspective through a range Peninsula Health activities such as surveys, focus groups and sub committee working parties
- Respond to invitations and opportunities to provide feedback to Peninsula Health
Being registered on the Peninsula Health Consumer Register means that your personal details will remain confidential and only used for the purposes of consumer partcipation activities.
You can accept or decline any offer to participate at any given time and your details can be removed from the Consumer Register on your request.
